Hyper Pepper Jump integrates a third-party attribution and analytics service (Adjust). Through that service, an advertising ID and limited device and event information may be collected to understand how the App is installed and used. We use this information for measurement and to improve the App, and we describe how it is handled throughout this Policy.
4. How We Use Information
Any information processed is used solely for the purposes set out in this Policy, such as running the App, supporting its features, and improving its quality. Local game state, including your scores and options, exists to support smooth, uninterrupted play and is not combined or examined for purposes unrelated to operating Hyper Pepper Jump for you.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
Hyper Pepper Jump uses your device's local storage to preserve your settings and game state between sessions. Any cookies or similar technologies that may be used are limited to what keeps the App functioning, and they are not used for cross-context behavioural advertising or to monitor your activity across other apps, sites, or services that you may use.
6. Device Permissions
Access requested by Hyper Pepper Jump is kept to what is necessary for the App to run. Where your operating system requires consent for notifications, the App will ask through the system dialog before sending any. Notification permission is entirely optional, and you can revoke it at any time from the app settings on your device.
7. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Your personal information is not sold. We share limited information, including an advertising ID and device and event data, with a third-party attribution and analytics provider (Adjust) so that installs and engagement can be measured. Any other sharing is limited to service providers that help run Hyper Pepper Jump, or to authorities where the law requires it.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
To send optional notifications, Hyper Pepper Jump relies on a push messaging provider (OneSignal), which works together with the platform push service on your device. The provider receives a device push token and limited technical and delivery data, plus any identifiers or tags we attach for targeting. It processes this information on our behalf only to deliver notifications and report whether they were delivered or opened.
9. Analytics and Advertising
Hyper Pepper Jump uses a third-party attribution and analytics provider (Adjust) to measure installs, sessions, and in-app events. For this purpose, an advertising ID and limited device and usage information may be collected and shared with that provider. This helps us understand marketing performance and improve the App, and we do not use it to sell your personal information.
10. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures, such as HTTPS and encryption in transit, to help protect information handled in connection with Hyper Pepper Jump. Information stored on your device also benefits from your device's own operating-system safeguards. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protection, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data Retention
We limit how long information is retained to what the relevant purpose reasonably requires. Locally stored game state is kept on your device and is fully erased when the App is uninstalled. Where we hold information for operational purposes, we keep it only as long as needed and dispose of it appropriately afterward, in line with this Policy.
12. Children's Privacy
We care about children's privacy. Hyper Pepper Jump is not directed to children under the age defined by your local law, and we do not knowingly request personal information from them. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information can contact us at iguloveqew@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate action in response to the request.
13. Do Not Track
Because attribution relies on a device advertising ID rather than browser signals, a "Do Not Track" preference has limited effect on Hyper Pepper Jump. We disclose this measurement elsewhere in this Policy. For direct control, your device lets you reset the advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization, which limits how the identifier can be used for these purposes.
14. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be revised periodically. Whenever a change is significant, we will update the effective date and make the current version available within the App. We encourage you to review the Policy occasionally, since continued use of Hyper Pepper Jump after an update indicates that you are aware of the most recent version of it.
